Building on the research Foundcoo published in the ICC Business Report ("From Search Engines to Answer Engines"), this session looks at what that shift means for member businesses: 94% of B2B buyers now use AI tools during purchasing, yet while 99.3% of Hong Kong businesses are online, only 57% have a web presence AI can actually find and cite.
