Gala 2026 will shine a spotlight on outstanding achievements across various categories, recognizing excellence in our vibrant community. This year marks the 3rd edition of the ICC Business Awards Ceremony, further establishing it as a cherished tradition in our annual calendar.
Categories of Excellence

Professional Services Excellence Award
Recognising a professional-services provider that has delivered outstanding expertise, quality and value to businesses within the Italian and international community. Eligible sectors include legal, consulting, logistics, finance, marketing, human resources, corporate services and other specialist business-support services.

Italian Excellence Award
Recognising an outstanding Italian company or brand that exemplifies the excellence, quality and distinctive values of “Made in Italy” across Hong Kong, Macao and the Greater Bay Area. This award celebrates achievements in areas such as luxury, fashion, lifestyle, design, food and beverage, retail, craftsmanship and innovation.

Sustainability & Impact Award
Honouring a company that demonstrates a meaningful and measurable commitment to environmental, social and governance principles. This award celebrates initiatives that create positive impact through sustainable business practices, responsible operations, community engagement, circularity, inclusion or other ESG-led strategies.

Hong Kong–Italy Partnership Award
Honouring a Hong Kong-based or international company that has made an exceptional contribution to strengthening commercial, cultural, or institutional ties between Hong Kong, Macao, and Italy. The award recognises organisations that actively promote Italian products, culture, expertise or cross-border business collaboration.

SME Excellence Award
Celebrating a small or medium-sized enterprise that has demonstrated outstanding business performance, sustainable growth, innovation and leadership within its sector. This award recognises SMEs that set a benchmark for operational excellence and make a meaningful contribution to the wider business community.

Design, Creativity & Innovation Award
Celebrating an individual, team, or organisation that has demonstrated exceptional creativity, originality, and impact through design, innovation, technology, or digital solutions. The award recognises those setting new standards in aesthetics, functionality, customer experience, craftsmanship or forward-looking business models.

Hospitality & Lifestyle Award (New for 2026)
Introduced for this year’s ICC Business Awards, the Hospitality & Lifestyle Award recognises a restaurant, hotel, food-and-beverage business or lifestyle brand that delivers an outstanding customer experience while championing the spirit of Italian hospitality, quality and culture.
This new category celebrates excellence in service, authenticity, innovation and contribution to Hong Kong and Macao’s vibrant lifestyle scene.
Nomination Procedure
If you are a member of the Chamber, you can nominate your own Company in one of the categories, or you can nominate a fellow member in the category that seems more appropriate to you.

*Please note that both nominees and nominators must be registered as current members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao.
Important deadlines:
The deadline for nomination is October 2nd, 2026. After this date, ICC staff will inform all eligible candidates about the nomination process.
