Wine & Dine 2026

From 29 October to 1 November 2026, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival returns to the Central Harbourfront Event Space, bringing together flavours, culinary experiences and gastronomic traditions from around the world in one of Hong Kong’s most renowned food and wine events.

This year, Italy brings once again its distinctive culinary heritage to the festival at the Italian Pavilion. The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao invite visitors to embark on a journey through authentic Italian flavours, where tradition, culinary expertise and creativity come together.

At our booths, visitors have the opportunity to discover and taste products that celebrate the excellence of Italian food culture, from artisanal gelato to traditional Italian specialties, presented by three of our partners: Gelato Lab, Simply Fresh and Verona Gelato.

At Booth A304, Gelato Lab brings the authentic Italian gelato experience to Hong Kong, combining artisanal tradition with originality and innovation. Traditional recipes meet modern gelato production techniques to showcase one of Italy’s most iconic culinary traditions.

At Booth A305, Simply Fresh offers visitors a broader journey through Italian cuisine, bringing to the Festival a wide selection of products ranging from lasagna and other Italian specialties.

The journey continues at Booth A306 with Verona Gelato, where Italian gelato tradition meets the tastes of Hong Kong. Alongside classics visitors can discover their signature affogato, combining gelato with Italian espresso.
