Purpose of the positions

Management of Clients/Owners in the production phase of the boat in collaboration with the Agent and/or Dealer of reference (if any), up to the delivery of the vessel to the Client.

Support to the sales area in the negotiation phase for the preparation of the Purchase Proposal

 

Main Responsibilities

Keeping the relationship with Customers & Dealers’ (Buyer). To be experienced in managing a business relationship with Customers & Dealers with regards to the yachts’ specifications and sale, when assisting the Sales Department.

The candidate will be responsible for the successful specification of the yacht as per Buyer’s requests & requirements during the yacht’s construction.

To liaise with the Shipyard/Builder, in order have the yacht specified & built as per Buyer’s wish / Sales Department’s request.

Managing the yachts located in Asia. To be able to manage the process of yacht’s transport to Asia as well as its staying in the location of destination, both in terms of required documents and local procedures/law.

Handling the yacht’s confidential documents. To prepare & fill confidential documents related to the yacht’s negotiations, deals/offers, purchase orders, Statement of accounts construction/definition and any other document to be prepared.

Assisting the Sales Department in the process of the yacht’s negotiation & sale. To prepare sales materials & documents required on the occasion of Client’s meetings, as per Sales Dept.’s request.

Participating in Company’s events – both public and private ones - in the presence of Prospects, Customers and Dealers.

Managing Ferretti Group’s office & show room in Hong Kong. To be responsible of the office’s care and management all the activities related to the Visitors/Clients’ welcome.

 

Internal Relationship

Team APAC, Plant Directors, Supply-chain, Quality, Sales Contracts Team, Certification.

 

External Relationship

Customers, Prospects, Dealers, Brokers, Suppliers.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor Degree’s holder.

·       Hong Kong permanent resident or Hong Kong working VISA holder

·       3+ years of Customer care’s experience in multinational companies, preferably in the luxury durable goods (i.e., jewellery, automotive, yachting).

·       Fluent in written and spoken in English.

·       Fluent in written and spoken in Italian.

·       Mandarin and Cantonese will be considered a strong advantage.

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system; MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook. SAP knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.

·       Outstanding Customers’ management with a focus on the successful completion of the projects within the correct timing. Customers’ experience within the APAC region is preferred.
