As part of the 9th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World and with the precious collaboration of Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong and Accedemia Italiana della cucina, we indulged in a remarkable dinner themed “Mediterranean Diet and Roots Cuisine: Health and Tradition”.

The carefully curated menu celebrated the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the Mediterranean.
