Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC General Manager:
• support the work of the General Manager on the business development of the region Asia Pacific;
• work with partners on the brand positioning, marketing communications, channel distributions, trade marketing activations and go to market strategy;
• ensure partner’s strategies and plans are consistent with company’s guidelines;
• conduct comprehensive market research and forecasting;
• assist in preparing proposals, sales reports, presentations and marketing materials for key meetings and business reviews;
• SAP and BI analysis;
• carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent;
2-3 years of working experience (ideally in Cosmetics / Consumer goods / Luxury field);
preferably fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus;
proficient in Excel, excellent analytical skills;
experience with SAP and BI;
ability to work with people from different backgrounds and time-zones;
highly motivated and proactive with the capacity to perform in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and rapidly growing start-up environment;
capable communicator and relationship builder at all levels, both internally and externally;
ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively;
available for business travels.
