SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (F&B INDUSTRY)

Based in Hong Kong, the Supply Chain Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain (procurement, sourcing, quality control, logistics by air and sea) and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

Nowadays, Bright View's product encompasses such diverse areas as Cheese, Cold Cuts, Beef (Australia, Italy and USA), Frozen food, Groceries, Pastry, Pasta, Rice, Flour, Beverage, Fresh fruit and Vegetable. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy

  • Logistic focus on the efficient and cost-effective of goods

  • Analyzing date and controlling all step between producer to final consumer

  • Manage directly and supervise the Sourcing, QC and Logistics teams 

  • Determine key supply chain KPIs

  • Suggest solutions for process improvements

  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

  • Train and evaluate others

  • Provide constructive feedback

  • Work with Sales team determine best vendors and distributors

  • Work independent, good communication skill and ability to influence others and working with cross-functional partners to ensure the best available costs, terms and quality

  • Participate in business process improvement

Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 6 years must at least 3-4 years in Hospitality Products

  • Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field

  • Speaking Mandarin and English fluently
