Reminiscing on Two Nights of Italian Elegance with Prosecco DOC!

We're thrilled to reflect on the success of our "Prosecco DOC – The Italian Sparkling Art of Living" events held in Hong Kong and Macao. Hosted at Soho House Hong Kong and Terrazza Italian Restaurant, these events gathered enthusiasts and experts from the F&B industry, offering a vibrant celebration of Italian sparkling wine culture.

Both nights featured a delightful mix of activities—from mixology classes where guests crafted signature Prosecco cocktails, to sophisticated tastings of exquisite Prosecco from renowned wineries De Stefani, La Marca, Ponte 1948, and Val D’Oca. 

These events not only celebrated Italian heritage but also underscored the potential for future collaborations, emphasising our dedication to promoting the unique legacy of Prosecco DOC.
