Mooncake Workshop

On September 16th, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao hosted a wonderful Mooncake Workshop at Boffi | De Padova Studio. Attendees immersed themselves in the rich traditions of the Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrating the harvest and the full moon, which symbolizes family reunion and harmony.

Participants enjoyed a hands-on experience learning the art of mooncake making, guided step-by-step through the process of crafting six delectable salted egg yolk custard mooncakes. The atmosphere was festive and vibrant, filled with the joy of culinary creativity and shared experiences.

All necessary ingredients were provided, allowing everyone to unleash their inner chef while connecting with fellow food enthusiasts.
