For this meeting, we're excited to welcome Costanza Masini, Family & Divorce Lawyers at Payne Velasco, and Jaerey Velasco, Family & Divorce Lawyers and Partner at Payne Velasco, for an engaging session on Divorce in Hong Kong. 

Costanza and Jaerey will share insights on prenuptial agreements and their binding nature, the grounds for divorce in Hong Kong, and how finances are managed during a divorce. They’ll also discuss important topics like custody and child maintenance, as well as the significance of estate planning and Wills.
