This workshop is practical and results-driven. It is designed for ambitious business owners who are tired of losing nights and weekends to proposal writing and are ready for a real, repeatable system. Over three focused hours, you will go from zero to fully operational with your own custom-built proposal engine powered by Claude Code, and you will walk out with a turnkey template you can use to start producing proposals immediately.
In this workshop, we will guide you through three powerful steps:

We will break down exactly what Claude Code is, how it works, and why it is quietly becoming one of the most powerful tools a business owner can use to win more work, explained in plain, practical language you can act on the moment you leave the room.
Load Your Business Into Your Proposal Engine: We will walk you through the entire setup, step by step. You will bring your own raw materials (your logo, your brand images, and your past proposals in PowerPoint or Word), and we will show you how Claude Code reads them, learns your offers, your voice, and your style, and turns them into reusable building blocks. Generate a Proposal in One Click: This is where it all comes together.
