The F&B Committee wants to promote and valorise the Italian wine, food and beverages ecosystem in Hong Kong and Macao, increasing the visibility of the members of the Committee within the local media and consumer community.
The Committee also organises events to engage members and non-members to educate them on the authenticity of Italian ingredients and preparations.
Moreover, the Committee aims to facilitate cross-industry collaborations with the other Committees.
